I got a free sample and one bar had 15 carbs. I don’t think they get the concept of keto.
On the Peanut Butter cups 9 of the 15 grams is dietary fiber which doesn’t count towards carbs you’re cutting because they are not digestible. HTH

I agree that these are more Atkins than true keto. Ann’s comment was referencing carbs alone so I was simply pointing out that not all carbs are the same. 🙂
FYI – these are not a true Keto food if you read the label they contain SUGAR!
