The form has this statement: “Limit two (2) different razor requests per family or address.” That sounds like you need to send in two separate requests.

I decided to push my luck. These were b1g1 half off plus 3000 balance rewards at Walgreens.
I sent in my form, attached my receipt with both razors(different models) marked, and affixed both UPCs
I also hand wrote on the form that I saw 2 were allowed to be claimed and didn’t state each to have it’s own receipt.
Today my status is updated to “Your claim has been approved for fulfillment and your check is being processed.”
It appears I might get my $10 ish dollars and had a money maker with the 3000 points added to my account.
Iam unable to print the rebate form is there any way you can e mail it to me
