I received Take the Day Off in one of the previous deals posted here and I can’t seem to get it to do anything. I would be interested in tips from someone who uses this product. Everything else I received from the previous deal has been fabulous. Thank you as always Hip2Save!

Robyn, Are you talking about the Take off the Day balm? If so, you just apply it all over your face and massage it in, and it essentially liquifies your makeup, including your mascara. Take some cotton pads and wipe the balm off. Then follow with the cleanser or toner of your choice. I think it works well. Very gentle, especially around the eyes. If yours doesn’t maybe there is a problem with it.

I use it mainly to take off my eye makup, and find it very effective with mascara removal. I use an oil cleanser for the rest of my face. I don’t wear waterproof mascara, so I wonder it works well on that?
