  My husband just gave me the v7 for Christmas – I love it!! I did, however, have an issue when I first received it – it was sent with the wrong power cord; so when I went to plug it in, it broke a pin off from the battery 🙁 Dyson went above and beyond, though, and shipped out another entire vacuum (I really just needed the correct power cord and new battery).

  I also bought a refurbished Dyson Animal about 7 years ago and it still works great!

  I’ve purchased 2 refurbished. One is about 3 years old and the other 4. They are amazing and I’ve had no problems. They are always ready to go and they are so easy to use that it makes it easy to keep my house clean. I keep one upstairs and one downstairs.

  I bought one about 2 months ago when I saw a good deal in Hip2Save. It was $150 and it’s never worked correctly! I have called dyson several times and each time they instruct
  me how to Take vaccume apart and clean it… it works for 2-3 minutes then clogs again. It’s garbage! Finally got a partial refund. Still not happy
