Just my opinion (and I’m not referring specifically about Collin’s kohl’s code because many of us received one directly from Kohl’s as well) but it is valuable to some people doing orders from Kohl’s so why not “exchange” coupons as long as everyone is in agreement with a trade? Trading for a Kohl’s code over the holidays “made an order possible” that I couldn’t have ordered without. I don’t think this is harming anyone as long as everyone’s needs are met.
