Think you will have to do two different transactions. Its only off of one child ticket.
It does say a limit of 1 but you might be able to do 2 separate transactions.
I tried two separate transactions and it didn’t work for me. In the description it says one per amazon account. Bummer! It would have been nice to get two!

How do you actually view and use your tickets once they are purchased?
Great question! Here are the details they have listed on that – “Your ticket will appear as a QR code which is sent to your mobile phone or email. If using the Atom app, your ticket can also be accessed in the app.”
