I highly recommend a good waterproof mattress protector. They’re great for preventing bedbugs from getting into your mattress. I would definitely get one if you have a new mattress. I got mine from Amazon. Idk why not many people mention the importance of a mattress protector. I’d like to think it really helps maintain your mattress longer as well as cleaner.
These are awesome I’ve purchased them from Macy’s and Marshall’s/TJ Maxx over the years. I think they do prolong the life of a mattress to. I had an old I needed to replace and decided to cut it in half and put in my dogs bed they loved this thing. After this recycling it’s off to the dump.
