Oh, gosh, yeah! I ordered four candles from Walmart about a month ago and they were horribly packaged (in three different shipments). One or two were in loose bubble wrap bags rattling around inside the box. The box with two came with a single air pillow. I was shocked that only one arrived broken. The store had no issue taking it back, but something was wrong with Walmart.com and the customer service rep had so much trouble trying to refund me. Incidentally, customer service had issues with my next return from Walmart.com, and the rep told me that if it was a Marketplace item, I’d have to mail it back because they were having problems with Walmart.com orders. After a lot of grief, she did manage to process the return but it was a pain.

Woodwick candles have amazing throw, great quality..but also a lot of soot. I have one in my entry way…I don’t even light it and you can smell it. I have had tons of these candles for years…just realized you have to be sure to trim your wick or you will have soot in your nose and corners of your ceilings…on the blades of your ceiling fans, you get the idea. This is especially prevalent when getting to the end of your candle. Nothing to do with the brand..but the fact they are wood wick. Also…be careful to not have near anything flammable…sometimes I see little embers coming from the wick. Love the crackling sound of a wood wick candle.

Sorry for any confusion. It seems this is an older, now expired post.
