Starting at 9AM PST on May 1st and through May 7th or while supplies last, head over to Live Nation where they will be offering up $20 concert tickets to select shows in celebration of National Concert Week. And all fees/taxes will be included in the $20 per ticket price! Check out this Live Nation Facebook post for more information as well.

On 3/3 I paid $78.05 after a ridiculous amount of fees for a BSB ticket from Ticketmaster for 8/30 in New Orleans. Each ticket came with their newest album.
$55 ticket
$5 order processing fee
$3 facility charge
$12.80 service fee
$2.25 ticket delivery
That is 41.9% in fees.
This sounds terrific. Maybe a fun summer night out that doesn’t break the b ank. I clicked on all the links and can’t find anything about who or where. Does anyone know if I’m missing it or is it on the first sell date that you find out who the group’s are and where the ticket locations are? Thank you for any additional info
Hi Bargain Shopper. From what I saw on Live Nation’s Facebook page, locations and dates will be available on May 1st. They also suggested following your local Live Nation venues on social media for “hints”. Hope that helps.

My family and I did this deal last year and we loved it! My husband and I, as well as our 5 kids all went to see Lee Bryce, a county singer, who was playing about an hours drive from our house, which is a not uncommon distance here in Maine for concerts. 4 out of 5 of the kids it was their first concert. Even got some “must be nice” type of comments on Facebook, like we were all wealthy and such. I totally dusted that crap right off, no not wealthy at all, just working hard to find alternate options, and again, thanks to Hip2Save was able to enjoy a fun evening out with our tweens and teens!! Looking forward to trying to score again this year! Btw, I did repost this info on Facebook as I wanted all to enjoy, but didn’t catch any comments about that. Such is life! Thanks AGAIN!!!
Thanks for the heads up; lots of great groups listed. Just paid A LOT to see The Interrupters (with 311 & Dirty Heads) but did want good seats. I think the lawn seats for the venue I’ll be at are only around $29.00, so still saving some $$ with this deal.

The year before last I was able to get a couple sets of tickets. Last year I felt like it was totally a bait and switch— I took the morning off work to get tickets and what they said would be there wasn’t even offered and they didn’t come online for quite awhile so I got nothing except a lot of frustration.
Are these tickets for further seats?
They do this every year. These tickets normally don’t have any fees. It’s just flat $20 each.
They’re lawn seats. But last year I got them for the Kesha concert and it rained so we upgraded for $10 each and we were 9 rows from the stage!
Just a note that the fine print states tickets go on sale st 9am PST, so that’s noon for us east coasters.
No that is 6 am for use East Coast folks. Eastern time is before Pacific time.
Time goes west to east. The Pacific coast is the West Coast. It is 12pm for the East Coast.
The East Coast does reach 9am before the West Coast. When it is 9am in New York City, it is 6am in Los Angeles.
It would be 8am in most of Alaska, 7am in Alaska’s Aleutian Islands, 6am in Hawaii, 5am in American Samoa, and 2am on 5/2 in Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands. Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are in the Atlantic Time Zone. They don’t observe Daylight Savings Time, so they are currently on the same time as the Eastern Time Zone.
It would be 11am Central Time, 10am Mountain Time, and 9am in Arizona.
