Personal product review in case anyone is wondering …. I’ve had these pans for over two years using them daily and there’s hardly any signs of wear. They are built solid and have strong handles. Also every lid is a drain lid which is nice for letting out steam or draining pasta.

I bought them a month ago and love them! I think I paid a bit more, but they are awesome!
Do the handles get hot on those or the handle on the lids ?
I have this set and love them, but the lids do get hot.
Also – Calphalon has the best warranty! I have been using calphalon for nearly 20 years, and even though they are guaranteed to never wear out, etc., they do wear out! HOWEVER, if you call the calphalon 800 number for a “return authorization number” for what will be deemed a defective product, and send your pan(s) in to their warranty return location at your expense, they will send you a replacement of the same quality/price or better if no longer available. No receipt or proof of purchase needed! *I only use nylon and never use metal utensils (though they are still guaranteed if you do!) and never use dishwasher – again allowable – and my pans eventually show scratches and lose their non-stick finish. Good news is that they will be replaced! Easy peasy and they ship back to you for free! I have done this three times in the past 10 years for maybe? 8 pots/pans, and will never use another brand now! I can’t think of any other company with good customer service that I still feel loyalty towards – except Lands End! …Not to mention this crazy-LOW price!!!!!
