  1. Ro

The quoted total price doesn’t include shipping though right?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Ro! Standard delivery starts at $12.99 but may increase depending on the date you select. Hope that helps!

      • Ro

Does the Groupon work on the shipping?

        • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Great question, Ro! Here is what I found on that in the details – “Extra fee for shipping, tax, and service; voucher may be applied toward extra fees. Shipping fees start at $12.99. “

        • Apryl

It does work and applies to the shopping, yes.

          • Apryl

            Sorry shipping

  2. Ashley

Awesome Deal! I had $13 in Groupon bucks so I walked away spending a little more than $5 delivered!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

      Oh wow! Great score, Ashley!

  3. Cyndie

It says you CANNOT use groupon codes on the 1st deal.

    • Beth

If you add another item to the order and then add the coupon and then delete the extra item it works. It wasn’t working for me at first either.

      • Erica

That is exactly what I did, I had 2 in the cart and added the Groupon and then deleted the other one.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hmm, be sure you have added the option as listed above. We did find the voucher to apply to that one. Hope that helps!

  4. Diana

30% back with Ebates on Pro Flowers. 6% back with Ebates on Groupon!!

    • Jess

I never got the rebates back last time I did this deal

      • Casey

From someone who attempted this today, you can’t stack the Ebates at ProFlowers. You can, however, get the Groupon Ebates.

  5. Gretchen Walker

Sounds like a great deal but know there are some exceptions. The Majority of the flowers are shipped in boxes with the vases in a separate compartment. NOT ideal for shipping to a school or an office (since you have to put them together). Monday deliveries are an additional $9.99 charge and since it was going to a school, and additional $14.99 to deliver before the school day ends. Just wanted you to be aware before you placed an order…I know my 15 year old would have deemed it “uncool” to receive a box of flowers on her birthday. May look at using my voucher for a different route

  6. Debbie

I bought a crystal square keepsake that said “Daughter are a Mother’s first friend” and I was able to personalize it ❤️
    The whole Groupon covered everything-
I liked this better than flowers. She will have it forever

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Aww, what a great buy! Thanks for sharing with us, Debbie!

  7. Chris

Is this good for Mother’s Day?

  8. Melanie

Thank you! Was looking for a gift for my MIL and this is perfect. They have a “flexible” shipping option where they deliver either Thursday or Friday this week for the standard fee ($12.99) plus $2.99 handling fee plus tax. Saturday delivery is an extra $9.99. The Groupon CAN be used for the shipping, etc. I ordered a $29.99 arrangement and paid $9.43 plus the $15 for the Groupon. Flowers delivered for $24.43 is a great deal!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

That’s awesome, Melanie! You’re very welcome!

  9. Ang

I’m trying to check out with the rose squared vase deal and it says the groupon isn’t valid. Any tips?

    • Mary from Vegas

I had the same issue when I went through Hip’s link. But, when I went the the link on my actual Groupon certificate, under the “How to Use” section I was able to get my Groupon code to work. Also, the Poms flowers weren’t available in the area I was shipping to. Once you go through the link on your Groupon, enter a delivery zip code, and then enter a delivery date, Proflowers will list all the flowers available in that area on your specified date. Hope that helps 🙂

  10. Erica

I actually got the above $19.99 deal, with the $11.25 Groupon (student discount) I was $0 oop shipped. However, some of the dates for standard delivery were still trying to add extra ship charges above the $12.99, I had to change it to several dates before it would take off the extra. Also, be careful because I noticed some of the other bouquets were changing prices when I was adding to cart. I found a variation with several free vase options but in the cart, it kept adding on the price and I never got it to work, FYI

    • mandy

What’s the student discount? How do we get that for groupon?

        • Ziggystardust

Wow! I never knew they had a discount for students and I use them on a regular basis!
          Thank for that info!!!

  11. Sandra

It says promotional value expires Jul 1. Can we schedule deliveries in advance, after Jul 1 to get the groupon deal?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

It appears that should work, as you must use the promotion and order before the expiration. You could always give them a call or contact them via email or live chat to be certain. Hope that helps!

  12. hellfiregainz

Thanks. Did a rose bush and card.
    .05 after groupon applied.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

      LOVE it! You’re so welcome!

  13. Sandra

Did anyone get the $2.99 care and handling fee, in addition to $12.99 shipping?

    • Breanna

I did, paid $3.94 plus the $15 Groupon.

  14. Bridget

A Groupon will not apply to the first deal. I called ProFlowers. They confirmed it.

    • Rosa

I did what someone earlier mentioned added 2 instead of 1 and then deleted off cart and worked.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

DARN! It did work for us. Maybe try again in a different browser. Also, be sure that you have added the selection listed as it can be confusing to grab the correct option. Hope that helps!

    • Brianne

It wouldn’t apply for me either and I talked with ProFlowers customer service, too. I was so irritated!

  15. Tori

Got hit with a $2.99 Care and handling fee as well as the 12.99 shipping and 2.76 in sales tax. But still not bad as I ordered the 100 bloom Peruvian Lilies and Vase for under $24 out the door to my Graduating daughter.

  16. Holly

I did the Best Mum Ever Planter, Gourmet Chocolates, Succulent Love Enamel Pin. Paid $26.70 delivered but used Ebates on the Groupon and Pro Flowers order – so hopefully get back $4.48. Thanks!

  17. Rosa

Thanks I did the first Deal with 100 Blooms of Poms for Mom and Chocolates and after everything came out to .24 cents. So with groupon my total was $15.24 shipped thanks

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Such a great deal, Rosa! You’re very welcome!

  18. Cat

I tried to order the potted roses (with card), wouldn’t work. I went back and tried the blue hydrangeas, wouldn’t work. I kept getting my Groupon code was invalid or expired. It took an hour & 15 minute phone call to ProFlowers to finally place my order. Thanks H2S team for the deal, but I will never ever order from ProFlowers again.

    • Tabatha

You do not put it in the promo code. You need to go through the checkout process and you will see a spot where you use like a merchandise credit and you enter it there.

      • Cat

I could not get any farther in the process without either using my credit card or entering the Groupon. Being I’ve seen others say similar things, I would say ProFlowers are not issuing their Groupon numbers correctly or they have some sort of computer glitch. I read the Groupon completely and entered the code where it stated.

        • Holly

It happened to me the first try but I just had to X out and then go back in like 5 minutes. It might take a little while for the ProFlowers website to recognize the Groupon code. I would imagine this process might not be immediate.

    • Amanda

Same. Terrible experience! Will be interesting to see the flowers that arrive 😐

    • Mary from Vegas

I had the same issue when I went through Hip’s link. But, when I went the the link on my actual Groupon certificate, under the “How to Use” section I was able to get my Groupon code to work. I bought a $29.99 bouquet. I paid $15 for the Groupon and an additional $10.34 after delivery charges (being delivered either this Thursday or Friday), plus tax and fees. So, $25.34 total shipped. Hope that helps 🙂

      • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh good! Thanks for the helpful comment! Good to know how it worked for you!

    • Ang

I had the same issue. Took me almost 2 hours. I’ve never had this much of an issue using a groupon on there before.

  19. Lisa W

I had a TERRIBLE experience with ProFlowers. I ordered flowers for my Mom to be delivered on her retirement day at work. My Mom received them and sent me a thank you text. I got an email 3 HOURS LATER from ProFlowers saying the ones that I had ordered weren’t available and they selected a comparable replacement. That was a lie! My Mom received some hideous Christmas themed flowers instead of the huge colorful bouquet I ordered.
Next time I will call a local florist and just order through them and pay more!!

    • Kathleen

Youve posted this before Do you just troll proflowers posts and retell the same story over and over?

      • Keri

That’s quite rude. She’s sharing her experience so what’s wrong with that?

      • Doug

Her post is relevant to this thread. Appears you’re the troll

    • Jane

I have had nothing but luck with them, and when they accidentally sent a dozen instead of 2 dozen rose bouquet, they sent a new 2 dozen bouquet immediately no charge. They have wonderful customer service and a 7-day fresh flower guarantee.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh no! That does sound disappointing! Thanks so much for the honest comment!

  20. Tabatha

    My experience with this company.

I used the Groupon deal posted here last year and sent my mom mixed roses for mother’s day. I visited my mother the same night and looked at the roses she got. Some of the roses were already discoloring on the edges and a few were broke off. Futher, it was short a few roses (like maybe 5 or so). It just didn’t look very good. I took a picture of them and I messaged customer service.

Customer service was awesome. They asked if I wanted to ship out a bigger bouquet from a set selection or credit. I picked credit. Without any hassel the gave me a credit code for what it would cost to replace the exact bouquet (without promotion), including any additional fees I had paid. I ended up getting more credit back than I originally paid. Well, I had no use for it for a while and about 6 months later I went looking for the code in my email and couldn’t find it. I emailed customer service, using one of the communication emails from before that had the customer complaint ID, and they resent my code to me.

While the initial flowers weren’t great, customer service is one of the best. My 2nd shipment of flowers was very nice.

    • Ziggystardust

Since you’ve had experience with them twice recently, I wanted to ask if anyone had any complaints about the way they come packaged. Meaning is it really worth it when you have to unbox and arrange your own flowers? Especially when sending to someone else, like a grandmother, who would have to do the work themselves.

  21. Stephanie

Thank you thank you thank you! Was able to send my nice a beautiful rose plant for her first mother’s day for under $16! Great deal!!!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

That’s wonderful, Stephanie! You’re so welcome!

  22. Michelle

Thanks!! Was able to score the 100 Pom flowers, chocolate box and vase for just the price of the Groupon. Came out to $38 so no extra money was needed. My Mom will be so surprised. 🙂

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

      Woohoo! You’re welcome, Michelle!

  23. heather b

There is a $15 off $15 paypal offer at proflower

    • Ang

Where do you find that offer?

      • Emily

You have to go to paypal.com, sign in and then go to Offers. Search for the Proflowers offer and get to the Proflowers site through the paypal link. You’ll then see that certain items have been reduced by $15, for example the mini rose plant is $4.99 instead of 19.99. Took me a while to figure this out. I was so confused at first and kept thinking prices were changing. I ended up getting two 20 tulip w/ watercolor vases for $45, and with the groupon, it’s basically $20 for two deliveries, so $10 each! 🙂

    • Jen

I couldn’t get the offer to stack with Groupon, when I clicked into the offer the prices would change. I really had better luck without it

  24. Vintagemidge

I keep getting “invalid or expired code.” :/

    • Mary from Vegas

I had the same issue when I went through Hip’s link. But, when I went the the link on my actual Groupon certificate, under the “How to Use” section I was able to get my Groupon code to work. I bought a $29.99 bouquet. I paid $15 for the Groupon and an additional $10.34 after delivery charges (being delivered either this Thursday or Friday), plus tax and fees. So, $25.34 total shipped. Hope that helps 🙂

    • kevashell

      me too. so annoyed!

    • Jen

That means it won’t work on the bouquet you are trying, search up keywords like 100 blooms or Pom etc to find variations they may be same or different prices, or just try another bouquet. I added 2 to the cart then added the groupon, then deleted the higher priced one and it worked finally.

  25. Emily

Is it just me or do the prices keep changing?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hmm, be sure you have selected the options listed above. If still having issues, maybe try again in a different browser. Hoping that helps!

      • Emily

I figured it out! I had a Proflowers $15 off link from paypal.com. So when I went through paypal’s link, it was reducing certain prices by $15. I found some really good deals for $4.99 instead of $19.99. Just have to be careful when either refreshing the page or pressing the back button because the prices sometimes changed back to a different promotion.

  26. Vintagemidge

I called pro flowers. The rep. was very nice but only at the end of the 20 minute conversation would she try my groupon code… which does not work. So. 15 dollars down the drain. Not the end of the world but I would caution any other potential buyers

    • Michael

You can always get a refund on the Groupon…just let them know that you called Proflowers & tried online but the code didn’t work on either. They should be able to refund you the $15. I’ve cancelled Groupon’s a couple of times & received a full refund.

      • kharrington

        Where is the number?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh bummer! Were you able to apply it online as listed above? It did work for us. Hoping you can redeem it soon!

  27. Jody

I had problems trying to use the Groupon when going to Proflowers thru my ebates account. I kept getting a message that the Groupon code was invalid or expiried. When I went to Proflowers directly, I had no problem using the Groupon. I purchased the 2 dozen roses in a square vase with standard delivery. My total, after Groupon, was $9.65. Hope that helps.

    • kharrington

I have tried both ways and on several computers and it keeps saying invalid or expired. so frustrating!

      • Cheri Higgins

Same happened to me because you HAVE to go to the ProFlower website through Groupons link which means the prices are NOT the same as viewing through the link here. I contacted ProFlowers after my Groupon purchased tonight also indicated invalid and expired. Still recd a good deal but arrangement prices were at least 10.00 higher

        • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hmm, are you able to try again through a different browser? I’m wondering if that might help.

        • jenny

Same. The lowest price offered was a deal for $24.99 and had an extra handling charge of 2.99 so paid $4.95 after the Groupon. Still a good deal but you won’t get the deals above.

      • Vintagemidge

        Same

  28. Ram

One question may be if someone tried it or not, will you get your shipping money back if you use freeshipping.com? if so you are getting 12.99 back that means like you paid only 3-4$ as the groupon voucher also covering shipping fees.

  29. kim

Thank you so much! Just sent beautiful flowers, vase and candy to my mom for under $20

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

I know! Such a pretty score! You’re welcome, Kim!

  30. Kharrington

I have done this deal in years past and my Groupon ode isn’t working no matter what computer I use. Seriously annoyed with Groupon atm!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

DARN! Maybe try contacting them OR switch over to a different browser. Hoping it works for you soon!

  31. Apryl

Ebates also has 30% cash back right now for Proflowers. 😊

  32. Kristie

How are people getting Bonus10 promo code to work? I tried to buy 2 and it still didn’t apply.

  33. Amber

For those of you who couldn’t get the code to work. My groupon code would not work, but the redemption code on my Groupon did work.

  34. Kelly

Ok for all those saying that the code shows invalid, I finally figured it out. The same thing was happening to me but all you have to do is add 1 or 2 more arrangements then use the Groupon code in coupon code area and once it is accepted THEN delete the other items you don’t want. I hope this helps because it was super frustrating trying to figure it out.

    • kharrington

Yes, it took me 2 hours but I finally figured it out. I do believe the key is to add something that is not on sale that is over $40 and the arrangement you actually want. Then get the code to clear, delete the one you don’t want and proceed to checking out. Pain in the butt but worth it becuase now that I’ve done 2 I’m going to have my husband do 2 and I’ll be getting one for Mothers Day/my birthday! Lol
      Good luck!.

      • Jessica

UGGG did not work. I added something that was 50.00 not on sale and still did not work.

  35. Bryant

It automatically added two orders to my cart, added the Groupon code and then deleted the second order. Redemption code worked perfectly! However, you must follow the redemption link at the bottom of the Groupon. Not the link on here. Paid $9 shipped – no card added to my order.

  36. MontanaMom

Thanks for all the tips, Hip2Savers! (And H2S for posting!!).

Used the link in the Groupon, added a non-sale item just to make sure (removed it later) and was pretty much left with just the tax to pay (100 Peruvian lilies with vase and chocolates + shipping + care fee almost entirely covered by Groupon). Whoo Hoo!

  37. Suzanne

I don’t know why it is so different for everyone to use the codes but I finally got mine to work after stubbornly trying for hours. I refused to call customer service. I was on my iphone trying to get it to work and not matter what I did, which number I entered, if I went through ebates or the link on the Groupon site, if I entered the Groupon number or the redemption code, if I entered it on the first page or or the page where you pay, NOTHING would work. I finally hopped on the computer and played around and finally got it to work. I went through the link on the Groupon page (the offers were different than going through ebates like others have mentioned), selected the flowers, selected the delivery date and then on the first page before the page where you pay, I entered the REDEMPTION CODE in the box and I finally got the green acceptance rather than the darn red invalid code. I didn’t need to add extra stuff before using the code or anything like that. I hope this helps someone else because it took a long time to figure out!

    • lynnleco

Suzanne, Thank you for your instructions on how to do this deal without much problem at all. I did get my orders done quickly thanks to all the suggestions. $15.00 for the groupon and $4.03 total after the groupon for the flowers = $19.03 for a cute rose plant, delivered on-time and with a card for both Mamas who live out of town! Win and win for us! This deal was just terrific considering that today is the 8th and the gift will be delivered by either tomorrow or the next day (the 10th)!!! Thank you H2S!

  38. Laura

Thank you for this! Was just stressing about my procrastination. This came in handy, and a gift is now scheduled for delivery in time, at a great price. Had no problem using the groupon, following their instructions on how to redeem. Appreciate you!!

  39. Katie

I got it to work without calling proflowers. I added a second item, a different second item than previously, and it just worked this time?! So I got a flower bouquet delivered for $15 total. That’s such an amazing deal!!!

  40. Tam

I spent over 1 1/2 hours trying to fix a problem that I had with their prices changing….the roses I wanted showed $19.99 and a free vase. Once I added them to my cart the roses became $27.99 and the vase $10. I used chat to try to get this fixed and they weren’t any help. They told me to call customer service but I could not use Paypal to pay for the purchase over the phone with them. That much time wasted! It was the first experience with this company which does not leave me with a good impression of their company.

  41. Linda

My experience with ProFlowers last year was very good! I was able to do the deal just as the awesome Hip2Save team posted it. The flowers did not arrive on the day I had scheduled, so I was in a panic thinking my mother was going to receive wilted flowers. They arrived the following day and were stunning! Yes, they come in a box but each stem was in its own little place of floral foam that was still soaking wet. My mother is in her 80’s and had no problems arranging the flowers. They lasted a long time and she was thrilled with them!

  42. Laura M Brennan

$9.99 for guaranteed Saturday delivery (not available on Mother’s Day where my mom lives). $14.99 for guaranteed morning delivery (otherwise it would be delivered anytime between 9 am and 8 pm). My mother is an 80 year old widow, and unlikely to answer the door if it gets delivered after dark. When I got to the total, it was about $48 WITH the Groupon! I tried again, this time with flexible delivery (May 9th or 10th) and without the morning delivery. Total charge was about $30 (I chose a $49 plant). Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase, but gave them a “bad” review due to all of those hidden charges that don’t appear until the very end of the checkout process (review order).

  43. Janie

Thank You! I ordered the 100 Peruvian lilies with the “Bloom and Grow” vase for my mom.. flex delivery Thurs or Fri.. I paid $4.24 after my Groupon… went thru Ebates and got $4.20 back… it’s a win.. Love it! (Btw… ebates calculated it off of a $13.99 purchase not sure where they got that but I’ll go with it)

  44. Jessica

I have tried placing an order for an 1 hour and it keep telling me my code is expired or invalid. I called Proflower I was told I had to buy a none sale item. So i tried and it still will not work. I have given up.

    • kharrington

Try my suggestion as stated above. It took me 2 hours but I finally figured it out. Use my wasted time and save yours. I made a comment above detailing it. Super easy now. Lol

  45. JenO

What total does Ebates use for 30%? We actually bought my MIL flowers last night to be delivered flex delivery…still cost 15.00 for delivery 🙄 Flowers were 35.00. Our total was 56.00 and I only have 5.40 ebates back. Does anyone know why? I didn’t use any discounts.

  46. Michelle

Did this and got 100 Pom, Chocolates and Vase all for the Groupon price. I also went through Ebates and got 30% back so really I only spent $10 and made my Moms day!! I’ll help if you need help figuring it out.

    rakuten.com/r/MSK051

  47. Amanda

Worked Great-Even got $10 friend referral from Groupon from a co-worker who ordered also! My total shipped was $15.00 Groupon and $3.79 pro Flowers! Thanks so Much!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

      How neat! You’re welcome, Amanda!

  48. Breann

Go through the $15 off your proflower order in your PayPal account as well. I spent $18.62 total ($15 of that was the Groupon voucher)!! I got TWO of the potted pink roses with the make a wish vase AND the gourmet chocolates with each included the shipping/handling charge as well. Going to give as teacher gifts. Thanks!

    • Breann

      Comes out to $9.31 each!

      • Breann

I did the deal twice through the PayPal offer (click on the link in your PayPal account) and Groupon offer. The second time I bought the mother day spectacular with geo pink vase and added the gourmet chocolates again (turns to free at checkout). The Groupon covered everything so it was only the price of the Groupon, $15!

How did you get the deals to stack? PayPal + Groupon? I tried everything but the prices would change when adding to cart or adding the Groupon.

How did you get it to stack? When you came to the end did you see the PayPal $15 deducted or was it the price in the cart already reduced by the $15? And what item numbers did you buy?

      • Breann

When I used the link through PayPal the price for the potted roses came up as $4.99. So I changed the vase to the wishes one, picked delivery date, then when the add ones popped up added the chocolates. I did that twice. Then the total was $43.62 (after delivery charges/care handling charges). Then I put the $40 Groupon in that you buy for $15 and it dropped the total price to $3.62. So then I paid the $3.62 through PayPal.

Thank you for your detailed instructions!

When you go through the PayPal link the $15 off coupon is already reflected in the prices that come up for each item.

Bought two of these and neither works. Spent 30 minutes trying to sort it out, but no help from Groupon. Total waste of time.

Hi Ivan! Are you trying to grab the ideas as listed above?

      • Ivan

Yes and I called Pro Flowers and they honored the Groupon code. So all is well 🙂

Same thing happened to me. I had to call and they honored it. However, fyi it took a long time to order because of a language barrier (pretty sure they outsource overseas) . Ordered twice with two separate customer service reps, same problem. First one took 1hr 10 min, the 2nd one took an hour. Thankfully, I wasn’t in a hurry. I hope this isn’t everyone’s experience, but I just wanted to share!

They key is to not put in ANY coupon codes until you are completely done with everything else…it should be the very last step. If you do it too soon, it changes prices and won’t work…hope that helps! I just went through Paypal and got 2 rose plants and 2 chocolates, with delivery, for $5 after the Groupon.
