Not that I don’t like spending money on another gadget but for those who don’t, Bobby Flay had an episode where he made s’mores on the grill with just aluminum foil. You put a cracker, a piece of chocolate and a marshie stacked up and create a home with the foil, like a pouch pocket but don’t cover it. Grill for 5 min or pop in oven at 400 degrees for 6 min, until marshie is toasted. Delish and no clean up. Foil to garbage!

Once it gets hot, it looks like something I wouldn’t want to deal with.

I bought two similar but smaller units at Target on clearance several years ago. Cool idea but guess where they are? Still in their boxes. Remembering to pull them out is always my problem lol 😜

Ha ha–I bought the same thing. Just broke it out. It seems like it should be a good idea but not so much. I’ve only used it once, but you really have to watch it because the graham crackers burn fairly easily–sometimes before the marshmallow reaches the desired “toastiness” and before the chocolate melts adequately. Also, the graham crackers become very soft and pliable, so you have to let them cool in order to harden up. I thought I could toss these on the grill after making the main course and have smores ready to go for dessert, but you can’t really walk away, even if the embers are dying. I’ll keep trying because it seems like a good idea, but I’m liking the aluminum foil idea!
