Yes, Happy Hour is one day only, usually on a Thursday and starts at 3 pm. Maybe your Sbux might do in-store earlier, but the app you can’t order and use the offer until 3pm.

Happy hour is always one day and only from 3 pm to closing. Sometimes they add an hour gold members but that is rare.
Starbucks Barista here. All cooperate stores have the same BOGO events. Usually on Thursdays after 3pm unless specified otherwise. This is the ONLY day we are doing this BOGO. The only other stores that may have different hours or not participate are licensed stores. Those include Target, Publix, Kroger, Airports, and Bookstore cafe’s etc…

Our refreshers actually have quite a bit of caffeine in them! Unless the parents are ok with it, I wouldn’t suggest it. Our Pink Drink is definitely yummy though!
All of our Frappuccinos can be made Cream Based. All you have to do is specify no coffee in it! The I my tea we have that isn’t caffeinated would be our passion tango. If you get a passion tango with our blueberry juice and some lemonade, it will make a very refreshing drink! We also have a blended strawberry lemonade which is also very refreshing! Customize your teas however you please. Be sure to include size and if you need any extra sweetness when ordered! I hope your little one enjoys the treat!

No, you can do the B1G1 or redeem a free drink. They only allow 1 promo per order.

Good luck. I got the email, I used the app too. The second drink didn’t come off. Had to go inside, management had to override myself and the woman in front of me. Don’t do the app, go in and talk to a human being. The cashier was so apologetic and none of it was her fault. Everything the manager said wasn’t right either.
You have to scroll down at checkout, apply the coupon, then pay. You should know if the coupon applied since your total will go down before you pay.

That’s not a cloud drink, Penny. It’s an iced white tea with cream and other flavors. From my experience, the cloud drinks have a thick foam on top that is made with egg whites. Hope this helps!

I got the Pink Drink to try something new, and an iced Chai latte for a sure thing. Good stuff (with an added Splenda or two b/c I like it sweet 🙂 !
I couldn’t get one, cashier told me I didn’t have enough stars & asked me since when I’ve been having my Starbucks app. I got the message to my inbox about the deal ,I showed them and they still refused to give me the buy one get one free deal. I was very disappointed I’m going to call and file a complaint
