don’t buy it, I own one (the stainless steel) and is one of the worst I have ever seen and used, looks nice but quality is bad, the fan is not strong enough to suck the grease or steam when cooking under it, and every now and then acts as is I put anything metallic when heating. I am waiting for it to die to replace it (it took a lot of work for hubby to mount it- that’s why I am not replacing it yet)
My husband is an appliance tech and they love Whirlpool appliances as WP stands behind their products.

I would also advise against owning this microwave. I have had mine for three years and when I clean the inside, I end up with the internal paint/coating coming off along with the microwave mess. We have also had to replace a part for the fan and some other items in this short time frame. I am not a heavy microwave user, so I also am just waiting for it to have other “bigger” problems, but I wish I had done my due diligence before buying this (thought all were pretty much equal) and purchased something more durable.

We’ve had this microwave for about a year. I’ve had no issues with the finish on either the outside or the inside. It was easy to install ourselves and works like I expect. The only thing that I don’t like is that you can’t shut off the turntable.
