This fryer fits 2 large chicken breasts or 2 8-ounce steaks, fries for 3 adults. You could use a rack or trivet to add another layer of meat, or cook in batches. I bought this specific model and love it. I’ve made chicken breast, pork chops, frozen chicken nuggets, hamburgers, garlic bread in this. It cuts down on cooking time and I don’t have to turn on our oven and heat our kitchen up. I think it’s quiet. Controls are simple.
I always preheat mine at the specified temperature I’m about to cook at for 3 minutes before I add anything into the basket!
