   That’s a good deal on the Firestick…but overall, I wasn’t impressed at all with Prime Day. It’s really lost it’s luster since the first few years.

  I have a fire stick but it does not have volume/on off buttons. I recommend getting the 2 yr warranty for 1.99 as well. Worth the money and hassle when it goes bezerk.

  You can buy a side click remote with volume in it. It attaches to the original remote.

   I just received an Amazon order today and the box has shapes you can cut out: an airplane to put together, the earth, etc. My hands would be killing me if I tried to actually cut those out – with scissors or an exacto knife! I like the packaging; just glad I don’t have anyone asking my to actually cut it out haha!

   Thanks for posting all the deals for us; I definitely got the gift card and ordered a book with the promo code. One Christmas gift down!

   I recommend the fire stick. It has voice/ volume both. Also encourage purchasing the 2 yr warranty for 1.99. So worth it, as the shelf life may not last. I had to return a bad one that was 6 month old. Less hassle with warranty

   I was highly unimpressed with Targets and Walmart’s supposed competition sales. Target at least had stuff posted that was easy to see what was on sale. Walmart showed nothing special, even though I checked several times. :/. I did like Amazon’s deals a bit better than last year though.

   Early yesterday, they had the Firestick with 2 months free HBO. I tried multiple times on that deal and even contacted customer service. Now, its offered with the Sling credit. I would have rather had the HBO. Not sure I will use the Sling credit.

    Thank you! I got the fire stick with 2 year warranty, with the Whole Foods credit came out to $7.00. 🙂
    I have no idea what the fire stick actually is or what it does but after reading up on it seems it will be useful, for the price especially.
