I added a burrito bowl with a side of guacamole, for later pickup. It’s still adding a charge for $2.05 for the guacamole.

Tried Chrome via my Android phone, and explorer on my laptop. Neither removes the charge for the guacamole
I think you have to add it onto the meal and not as a side item.

Please be careful when ordering online. I only ordered Chipotle tonight for the free guacamole offer and I had a gift card. We had dinner in the fridge. It let me type in the gift card but wouldn’t save it and my husband was already on his way to pick it up. I ordered guacamole as a side and the $2.05 added charge per meal was in parenthesis. It did not take it off the order. When he went to pick it up, manager would not refund or give a gift card for the $4.10 because it was an online order and said it should’ve been added to meal not as a side (despite being same price). This is frustrating to say the least. Another employee said to call customer service number. We couldn’t find a phone number to call.

If anyone else was charged for guacamole yesterday, try filling out the customer support form. They responded by email and refunded my credit card $4 for the guacamole charges, which was good! However, at 9 months pregnant and a million things left to do, I really didn’t need the extra hassle 🙁
