Great question! Here are the answers I found on that when browsing through the Q&A listed on the product page –
“I have it on the wall behind my stove and haven’t had any problems. If you experience a lot of heat on the wall from cooking then maybe not but that wasn’t the issue with me.”
“I put this behind my stove so far it’s ok.”
“This tile sticker is designed for kitchen backspalsh mostly, so it’s mostly applied on the wall behind the stove, but keep in mind it should be kept at least 12″ from the center of the stove to avoid getting over heated.”
