Bartlesville, OK Ulta would not honor the coupon on 5 for $5
Idaho location won’t either. It says it right on the coupon that it excludes holiday. 🙁
So upset that the store wouldn’t honor the coupon after buy the $15 of stocking stuffers. Guess they don’t want the sell at there store I’ll just get it online then😡😡😡
