The butter chicken sauce (in a jar) from Aldi is extremely mild. I don’t handle spicy food well and even I thought it was good!

My kids don’t like spicy either. Try adding some greek yogurt or sour cream to dilute the spicyness.
This brand is so good and easy to make. Been buying it for years. If it’s too spicy, you can always add heavy whipping cream or anything creamy to suit your tastes.
