We have the Neato D5 and we love it! Thanks Amber. I just finished chatting with the Amazon rep and for some reason on their end it looks like I have already used the coupon (even though I haven’t) so they are going to send it to the promotions department to figure out. They told me I will still be able to get the discount if they find out I haven’t used it already. Crazy! I even tried to set up a new account under my son’s name & it wouldn’t work.
