This Pit-Smoked Brisket Slider Kit From Costco is What’s for Dinner Tonight
Grab a brisket kit on your next Costco run, and dinner is done! 🙌
Back in October, Costco quietly rolled out this Pit-Smoked Brisket Slider Kit as a test item in select locations. It must have done well as a test item because now we’re starting to see it in more warehouses nationwide.
This meal kit includes pit-smoked beef brisket, nine King’s Hawaiian rolls, barbecue sauce, coleslaw mix, and coleslaw dressing. Simply put the meat and barbeque sauce together in a saucepan, and while that’s heating on the stove you can mix up a fresh batch of coleslaw by using the included shredded vegetables and dressing.
At $6.99/pound (around $16 in most cases), this is such an easy, affordable, and delicious way to keep your whole family well-fed and happy. Hip team member Lina tried this meal, and here’s what she had to say:
My family loved this kit! The sauce was tasty, and the coleslaw was YUM. Overall, it’s a great option, like Costco’s chicken street taco kit!

That looks so good! I’m all about that meat 🙂 Thanks for the post!
I know! It sure looks yummy! You’re welcome, Scamp!
I bought this before and it was really good! The meat is tender. Definitely on our Costco food list along with their taco food and chicken pot pie!
Glad to hear how much you enjoyed it, Jenn! Thanks for commenting!
We just had this last night. It was yummy!
We had it last night as well. It was soooo delicious. My husband who makes a lot of smoked brisket was impressed. (And that’s not an easy thing to do. 😂)
They have a chicken street taco ready made meal they have is delicious too! 🌮
We have had this. My family enjoyed it. Rolls were soft but I did find some of the meat to be fatty. I would try it again
We had this last night but I wasnt really a fan. The meat was pretty fatty, and for my family of 4 it only lasted one meal. The taco kit, lasts at least 2-3 meals, so for the same price, I feel like the taco kit is a better deal
