I have been using one for a few weeks now. I purchased another 2 this morning because the one I have is so efficient. Not too small for me. Doesn’t take a lot of grease. I cut a boneless chicken breast across into 6 or 7 pieces. Coat them and fry them in a couple batches. A batch cooks in around 7 minutes each. First batch is still too hot to eat…..even after the second batch finishes. I reuse the grease because it hasn’t scorched. Temperature control is good. It heats fast. I plan to use a second fryer just for French Fries. The oil for the fries should be reusable many times. Small size makes it easy to store or just keep on the counter.
