Hi! I’m trying to figure out the first scenario you posted. I think you must buy 4 Loreal Elvive shampoo/conditioner to get the $5 ecb. That would put your total to $38 before applying all the coupons.

Hi Donna, it will work on any L’oreal or Maybelline Products including hair care and makeup.
My crt printed “Select Maybelline & L’oreal Products”. So doesn’t look like your deal idea will work with the Garnier products.

How do you use the app coupons? I thought once they scanned my card it would automatically pull the coupon off and it didn’t.
Typically if you have activated/loaded them to your card, they should come off automatically. Did you load them first?
Yes I did. She scanned my card at the beginning of the transaction. Should she have scanned it again after she scanned my products? Thanks!
@holly-it shouldn’t matter when they scan the card (although I’ve noticed things usually work best when the card is scanned first)… however, if you load the coupons right before you checkout, they won’t come off (in my experience it takes 10-15 minutes to load in the system)… if you have a device with you (eg smartphone), at least here, they will take off the coupons if you show them the coupons are loaded on your card (they have sequence numbers on the digitals they can enter in the register or they can price adjust or print extra bucks in the amount of the coupon if that doesn’t work)…. other than that when I’ve had issues with digitals, sometimes voiding the transaction and reringing pops the digitals up (weird, but technology isn’t perfect).. hope that helps

I always have trouble with the coupons . com site. In this case, when I clipped the 3 coupons I wanted and clicked “print coupons” I recieved a message that there was a problem and to try again later. Then it kicked me back to the browser, which showed me that my coupons had been sent to the printer and so they are no longer available to me.
I tried this on two phones and the same scenario happened.
Did anyone else have trouble with that step?
