Did you know that your subscription price can change up until the time of your confirmation email, even on your first subscription? So all these deals that you post and recommend subscribe and save are only a good deal if your subscription ships soon, otherwise you have to remember to check the item before your subscription ships to make sure it is still a good deal. I did not realize this until recently and I am sure I have unknowingly spent hundreds of dollars. I thought the price that you sign up for on your subscribe and save order stayed valid for your first subscription and then changed after that.

Not true. The first price you lock in is the price you’re charged upon shipment. Any deliveries after that are subject to price change.
No, not true. In your monthly price alert email it’ll show the current price, but if it’s the first subscription you’ll get the price on your initial order – you can go in and check what your initial order price was on the website. Double check your actual charges and you’ll see. This is true for the subsequent subscriptions so you should always check those

I was able to click through and get the deals, but I think your math is wrong on the second deal scenario. After the $10 discount and 5% savings, my cart is $20.64 before tax.

If you have a BJs membership you can get a 92 pack of the Cascade for 19.99 minus a $2.50 electronic coupon. Works out to 20¢ a pod. I never know what a good price on dishwasher detergent is so I checked to see if this was a good deal.
