I’ve given up on this brand. 3 of my purses wore out in the same spot by zipper at the same time. I would rotate them once or twice a year but it only took 4 years for them to show wear. Not worth the money based on the quality.

I wonder if the outlet items are lower quality? I had the same problem with wear on a purse/zipper that I bought from the outlet less than a year ago! So disappointing.
