I have another large metal pot that jitters around the stove when I use it. Not so with this beast. This pot has consistent heat distribution and a more rolling boil than your standard pots. There are some things you can only make in a pot like this. Braise up your chicken and then directly into the oven for a better-than-slow-cooked meal. Cleans easily too!

I needed to replace a cheaper dutch oven because the non-stick coating was wearing off. I have always thought about getting a quality, enameled, cast iron pan, but couldn’t bring myself to spend the money. I found this one on sale and decided to go for it. It is exactly what I hoped it would be! Not only is it pretty (I leave it out on my stovetop when I’m not using it,) but it works well and cleans up easily. It arrived in perfect condition, with no scratches or chipping enamel, and it is still in perfect condition after a number of uses!
