Got this for Christmas and have been smoking so much I wonder when the fire department will swing by. I am brand new to smoking and slow cooking but now have come to look forward to cruising through the meat section at the grocery store, looking for more things to cook with it.
This product was easy to assemble. There’s plenty of space inside to do several rows of food. You can also remove a rack and do large items like turkeys easily. The width is enough for most applications but the box may be a little snug for full-size large briskets. Great starter smoker for the casual/recreational BBQ enthusiast.

I Have this one and enjoy it I am a first time smoker so didn’t want to spend tons I like that flame dood is separate so I can check it and my wood chips without opening the food door Only downfall is you cannot see the good without opening
