    Nope.

  2. Melissa

    Yes!

  3. Sarah Wheeler

During quarantine both my dryer and my dishwasher broke. I got a nice discount at a locally owned appliance store for choosing white appliances instead of stainless steel. Apparently no one wants white anymore.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

I might need some new appliances soon! Thanks for the tip on getting white, Sarah Wheeler!

  4. Amanda

Yes! Saving on food and clothes is great, but I splurge on good quality appliances 🙂

  5. Lisa

For that price I’d rather have a Bertazzoni!

  6. Jill

    If I was a millionaire lol 😂

  7. witoldyna

No. Stainless Steel for me, although in our house we had black ones because it was cheaper (never again)

  8. Casey

My in-laws have an AGA in duck egg blue and had a red one in their old house. They’re GORGEOUS but spending $15K-25K on a stove just hurts me.

  9. Susan

While its gorgeous, I’m the type who would get sick of the color in a couple years & want to change. So nah, I’d stick to stainless and decorate with accent pieces! 😀

    • Kitty

Exactly. This will go out of style much faster than a neutral colored appliance.

  10. Juliaen swagoo

Would the “oven” birth me a golden goose at thanksgiving? Lol 😂

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

      🤣

  11. Staci

Yes. Sure would. We bought the refrigerator with the tablet on it just because we knew it would look great in our kitchen. Funny thing we never use the tablet and its functions but still brings in many compliments from guests. So it was worth the $3,000 we payed for it. I would buy a colorful range in a heart beat. It brings back the old times. Love it

    • Erin

It was worth it for the compliments? 🤣

      • Nicole

So you spent $3000 on compliments??? Maybe I just don’t have enough “disposable” income.

        • Sue

Wow, jealous? I think it’s great she bought something she liked and got compliments! I bought a 6,000 sq ft home on 5 acres, 3 car garage, has solid wood kitchen cabinets and hickory hardwood floor throughout. I love the compliments I get on my custom home. My 6 kids, 3 dogs, 4 cats, 2 donkeys, 4 goats and 15 chickens love every square inch. If you work hard and make smart decisions it’s your option if you want to splurge and what you splurge on. To each their own. I’m sure you splurge on things.

          • Nicole

Not jealous the least bit honey! You can take that energy somewhere else. I only replied with the information she stated. She didn’t say it was worth the money because of the functions but because of the compliments. It’s like the kids these days doing anything for likes. I can afford it, but I’m not buying things for compliments.

          • Tara

“If you work hard and make smart decisions it’s your option” I know lots of people who do and hardly make ends meet. I don’t care what you purchase/splurge –whatever. I don’t really care…..I just want to make sure you realize hard work and right decisions does NOT = splurges / huge house–whatever.

      • Gramma C

That’s what I was thinking. To each his or her own.

    • anom

do you have the samsung? i am so interested in purchasing, but reviews have been so so. how does it function as a fridge? any issues? and how long have you had it? ty

  12. SB

HECK NO!!! KITCHENAID APPLIANCES ARE JUNK, PUT THEM IN MY NEWLY BUILD HOME AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! TOOK THEM OUT WENT WITH VIKING APPLIANCE’S.

    • Thomas

We had to do the same thing. Waste of money these cheap applicances

  13. hip2trade

I would stick to the basic colors of black, white, or stainless steel. They always match with anything you do to your kitchen. Accent pieces with color are the way to go so you if you get tired of those it’s a bit cheaper to change out.

    • Sue

      I agree.

    • Pooh

Also agree. Still regret my blue Kitchen Aid mixer and wish I would have stuck to a neutral color.

  14. Tina B.

Only if it was a Viking gas range

  15. AWS

I agree with lots of the others. We have a Viking and its totally worth the money. But other than my stand mixer, I wouldn’t invest in Kitchen Aid.

  16. Teeblee

Who has that kind of money now?

    • Amy

if it were any appliance other than a kitchen aid. Don’t throw your money away on their large appliances, they are absolutely awful.

      • cidadams

        Agreed.

  17. Lolie

I’d definitely stick with a basic color. A bit pricey but I would love an oven that large!

  18. Amy

    Come to Mama 👩🏼‍🍳

    • Neonkittyn

      😂

  19. Amy

I’d love it if they came up with a stick on or magnetic color piece cut specifically for my model so I could change it with the season or as my tastes change. I wouldn’t want the same color for the life of the appliance. At the same time, I’m probably too cheap to buy something temporary even. Lol

    • tracy

Oh wow… I love your idea! Wouldn’t that be great to change the color scheme of the appliance as time goes by? Very clever 🙂🙂🙂

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

      🥰🙌💕

    • Lina D (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      Awww! LOL Thanks Kristy!

  20. mrswagley

No but I would love to have one… I’m too cheap to pay that much. I mean… I like quality but thousands of dollars is to rich for my blood.

  21. Ihearthip

I’m not going to spend that kind of money, nope!

I really don’t care what color my appliances are, I even like vintage and non-stainless steel stuff.

  22. CJ

I would not, bc color choices may change with the times (otherwise we’d all still have the avocado or harvest gold appliances I was growing up with!!! Haha! So, if you invested in an orange range and then it went terribly out of style, but you would be stuck with it bc it cost so much. HOWEVER, that being said, I love the orangish color small appliances there! I have ALL four of those in ice blue (which is like an aqua) and I love my KA appliances, just bc they all match! 😉

  23. Maite Lopez

No, it’s a big commitment to have a colored stovetop. Fads change and in a few years you might not like it anymore. I don’t think it’s worth the money. You can always accessorize with colors small appliances like kitchen maid mixers and blenders.

  24. pjane

We have done it in the past. And we won’t do it again. But it did help sell our house. Honestly, two years before that we had an apartment size gas oven and range. The skinnier one. This little apartment stove was better than the expenses and here’s why… When you got water on the element of the expensive one it would shut down until the water was dried up. And the element had aired out. It was hard to clean. I do not like cleaning it is not my favorite thing to do and having a big expensive range that’s a dirty compels you to keep it pristine. No thanks never again. Simplify. I have a glass top range with a few scratches on it and I am grateful. I can spill stuff all day over it and wipe it off. It may have a few scratches but heck it’s a tool. That’s for the little apartment store we used to have,We paid about $100 used. It was better than the $4000 Thermador, we also needed one of those expensive exhaust domes… I think we spent upwards of $6000 for the whole set up.

    • pjane

Sorry for the jumbled message. $4000 stove it’s too expensive and it’s not better than your cheapest gas range. In fact they break down more. It’s a fad. And they’re a pain in the butt to keep clean. We’ve done it and we will not do it again. It is a lame costly hyped item. And when we called to have it repaired once, Thermador tossed us aside. The food does not taste better. A glass top range is cleaner.

  25. Tracee

    Nope!

  26. Marie

Our kitchen is beautiful without the expensive appliances, and we don’t need validation from family or friends.

  27. Peaches

No way. That’s a gas range and I’d prefer to stay with my induction range. Less chance of me setting the house on fire or possibly myself!

  28. PrincessMom

I’d love one but wouldn’t spend that kind of money on a kitchen aid. I’d go with Viking if I was in that price range.

  29. crystalweldon

For commercial sized cooking HECK YESSSSSSSS

  30. riss

I would, and maybe more if I have $$$$ coming out of my ears😂. But definitely not Kitchenaid.

  31. Dgall

    Absolutely not!

  32. lateephabisidurosinmi-0

My question is…does it come with a lifetime warranty?

  33. Dawn

No way! I bought appliances to look nice, be dependable, and add value to my home when it comes time for insurance appraisal or selling. You have to ask yourself if you would get your money back out of it with dependability OR when it comes time to sell. That being said, I have had appliances of various brands and the only ones that have never given me even a hint of trouble have been my Bosch induction range and my Bosch dishwasher. They are heaven. When I finally throw my LG fridge to the curb, a Bosch will go it its place.

  34. MarieN

I have an older, non-stainless, refrigerator. It still works, the inside is nice, but I hate the color. I could replace it, but I’m going to spray paint it instead this summer. I might go a little crazy and use PINK! I love those old Florida homes with the pink appliances.

  35. Tonia

Just got my kitchenaid milkshake color range installed and I LOVE IT! Kitchenaid features a more commercial style at a lower price point than some other brands.

  36. Hipgrandma

    Heck no

  37. Leif Price

    Absolutely not! No way.
