“The carpet brush on my old vacuum had stopped working, and with a small dog in the house, we needed a new vacuum. I had run the old vacuum over our rugs and granted it was without a carpet brush, but I could have built a new dog with the hair that the Navigator lifted out (cool but gross)! The swivel takes a few minutes to get used to (old vacuum did not swivel at all) but not a problem at all. Picks up dirt and dog hair everywhere. The cord is plenty long enough for me. I would definitely recommend it!”

“Its power is amazing. I thought my carpets were clean until I got this. It is so light; is actually taking me a bit to get adjusted to just how light it is.”

Bring it back to Costco, they will take it. That’s why I buy things at Costco, even if they cost a little more. That’s the best thing about Costco. (They won’t take electronics after a certain amount of time, but I doubt a vacuum counts)

I brought back a carpet scrubber that stopped working after 15 months and they took it back.
