My honest review on this lock: I bought it on sale a few months ago. It died within a month. Changed batteries, no luck. They sent another. Installed it, didn’t work out of the box. They just sent the 3rd. We haven’t had it installed, but I don’t have high hopes. Disappointed in quality, but customer service have been kind and easy to deal with.
