The best thing about this cooker is its versatility. I have made baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, a pot roast, and pork ribs so far. All have turned out excellent, in a good amount of time even when I’m tired after work. I like how the pressure options are all on one side and the non-pressure options on the other. The non-pressure options aren’t as quick as using a regular pan, but it isn’t terrible either and can save from dirtying extra dishes.
This is one of the smartest purchases we’ve ever made. My husband and I are always busy and trying to get dinner fixed at a reasonable hour can be difficult. We use it as a pressure cooker and it cooks a roast in 38 minutes. As a slow cooker, it cooks evenly and we really love it.
