My husband and I purchased one at Sam’s in dec 2020 and now it won’t take charge. It seems like it is charging but it doesn’t. What can we do? Does it need a new battery?

Same here. This gun is junk. Will not charge. Had it 4 months, just after lame 90 day warranty and neither Sams or the manufacturer care. Will never purchase anything by this manufacturer and will tell everyone I know not to either. Just throw 80$ away, much less trust and you end up the same, with nothing.
