They are frozen so just bake the Amount you want and leave the rest in the freezer

I’m pretty excited about this. My husband and kids are always wanting to bake cookies and the small packs at the grocery can get expensive.

This is a great tip! You can also get their croissants which are amazing when freshly baked. I sometimes do them from scratch but the frozen are almost as good and much easier!

Do you thaw before baking or bake frozen?

    • Barbara Chambliss

Bake frozen. 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes. They’ll be very soft when removed so need to cool to firm up; otherwise can easily break apart.

The cost for the chocolate chunk cookies by the case is 30.7 cents each. Our church has offered 6 of them for a donation to one of our outreach partners. Often they give $20 so we raise a lot of money. We bake them fresh on Sunday morning so the smell drives them nuts…they must have some. We also offer one warm cookie with coffee for a donation. They usually put in $1.00. So it more than triples our cost. And we are done baking and cleaning up by 12:30, having only had to work that morning! We have raised as much as $1,000! They are incredibly easy to bake as they come on parchment paper, just lift the sheet out of the case with a dozen frozen pucks, place it on your cookie sheet, and place it in the oven!

Oh wow! Good to know how affordable and helpful they’ve been in raising money! Thanks for sharing! ❤️
