          on amazon, scroll down to bottom and click on “help”, scroll down on that screen and click on “need more help?”, there will be three options and the middle is “contact us”. I have issues using chat sometimes if my screen isn’t open all the way, so make sure you maximize the chat window to see all of options. You can click on the graphic of the person’s head to (Eventually) chat with a real person.

      Yes. I have received the $5 video credit and used it (but I did not get an email telling me that it was available, it just showed up as a credit underll of the movie options to rent). And I received this $10 off of $20 Amazon credit when purchasing and shipping from Amazon item. Both credits have been used. Thankful for that.

    I had the offer and I am grateful ,however ,I have a very difficult time shopping on Amazon because I never know if I’m getting the lowest price. and there’s so much stuff to browse through and it’s so easy to cancel your order after you buy something. Amazon is very overwhelming to me I almost would like to close my account LOL

      I was having the same issue. I had to click on the link above (where you check if you qualify) and the scrolled down the page and found a message that I had qualified for the second coupon. I had to click on a link to activate that. Kind of lame. It should have been automatic.

    Mine says “1st app purchase complete”. That must have been from the one last week. But then it also says $10 for second app purchase. I put $30 worth of stuff shipped and sold by Amazon, and I don’t have the discount. I also didn’t get the discount for the $5 for watching Prime video.

    I’ve discovered that the second $10 doesn’t apply when using any Apple device but when I use an Android it applies with no issue. Weird!! Also for those who asked about the $5 for watching a prime movie/show. Check your account under prime video. I found mine added there automatically.

      If you don’t mind elaborating further where you found it in your Prime Video account. I’m not sure if I’m looking at the right spot but I do not see any credits.

        Go to Prime Video and pick out a movie as if your going to purchase it. There should be a box that shows more purchase options. Click it and at the very bottom theres a blue link that says redeem gift card/ promo code. Click on it and the credit should be there. ( that’s where I found mine. Hopefully you will locate yours.)

    No $5 credit and I only received the first 10 off 20, not the second. Contacted amazon and talk to 2 different representative and there were no help. They said I have to screen shot the emails about these offers and send it to them. I told them they appeared when I logged into my app. They said without the screen shot emails they can’t help me or give me the credit 🙁

      I just took screen shots of the link hip to save added. The one that shows I completed offer one. The rep first said he would let someone know it’s not working. Then I asked to speak with someone now about it. He just ended up giving me the 10.00 promo.

        I chatted one last time with someone upper in position and they end up giving me double credits for the inconvenience. They reviewed the whole chat I had with both representatives and said they should not have asked me to send screenshots with personal information on them and to show them emails because she said a lot of the offers do show up in the app without emails being sent.

    Not having much luck with Amazon this week- did not get the $5 credit for watching in Prime Video ( not yet, anyway), did not get $10 credit for the $10 off $20 app promo (had over $20 in items sold and shipped by Amazon) so just cancelled the order, and weirdest of all, I was issued a courtesy credit for $10, received the e mail confirming it telling me it would apply automatically at checkout, but again, even with qualifying items, nothing at checkout-wonder if the credit department went on strike? Well, I see another long and frustrating phone call in my future-sigh…….and it’s only mid November!

      I seriously think something has happened. Back when they had prime day and I bought the $40 gift card and earned the $10 off next purchase. I had to fight with them for 2 weeks to get it applied. The credit would not work and I went through 5 different people and finally demanded a supervisor. I had the email stating it was on there and then I heard every excuse when I tried switching every item in the order. Finally they gave me a courtesy credit. They are definitely slacking on the promo credits.

    I spoke with Amazon Support and they told me promotional values are deducted automatically when you place an order. They do not show up on your gift card balance. I was asking about the $10 promo added when you bought $40 in gift cards. He followed up with an email stating that I had a $10 promo value on my account. Also be sure to use within the time limits – end of November for this one.

        its did say i qualified but when i’d go check out nothing there. So i contacted live chat and she said its not for prime members. I asked why it said i qualified then and again she said its not for anyone that has Prime.
