Be sure to stay on top of your rebate. Macy’s is bad about not always sending them.
I don’t ever want to try Macy’s rebates again. They tried to tell me I sent the wrong paperwork. (I didn’t as they approved one and not the other?) I sent it again and nothing. I ended up returning the item which was a hassle also. I returned it before the date the paper said and it came up in the system as after the return date. JCP on the other hand is AMAZING with rebates.
I’ve been on hold for an hour before I got someone. Their customer service stinks. I noticed they have 2 forms listed on the waffle maker, one is expired and the other is more recent. I’m wondering if you sent the one in for the expired one. There are 2 waffle iron rebates on this site but they have different “purchase by” dates. Look on this site for different rebate options. Hope this site helps. https://www.customerservice-macys.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/322
I got Rebate card of 12$ for waffle maker but when I tried to use it declined. I called Macy they said it’s third party card we can’t do anything, call bank.No use.. Rebate thing is just a trap u ll end up paying full amount..🙁
I think those ones you have to make an online account and register it. Way more work than just calling a number. The rebates I did get worked, I just won’t waste my time again even though it’s tempting.
I also tried using one of my rebate cards, which I registered online, per the instructions…declined by Amazon, they had to use my back up card payment. Really annoying and I am missing an entire rebate as well. I’m really disappointed this has happened. These products are ok/fine but I would have not paid full price by any means 🙁 Avoiding Macy’s rebates from here on out and will let others know my experience!
Wow sorry to hear all of that! I haven’t had any issues in the past with Macy rebates. I ordered the Bella waffle maker and sent my rebate paperwork yesterday and I’m going to purchase the Panini makers today. Hopefully I won’t have any issues.
Oh wow I hope I don’t have any issues! I did the maximum # per item for the Macy’s rebates this year. The idea was to donate them for people needing help furnishing their new home. These appliances were great because they weren’t huge and they also had good ratings. Now,I am worried….I sent the upc+ other proof via old school snail mail. Although I am happy to be charitable, I was very excited at the price point after rebates.
I ordered the Bella toaster oven last time around and had no problem whatsoever with the rebate. It came within the time frame promised and worked perfectly.
I do not trust Macy’s rebates at all. I am extremely detail oriented and submitted exactly what was requested for multiple rebates one year, and I did not receive any of them. I called to inquire about them, and they said that I must not have submitted everything, but I am 100% certain that I did. I couldn’t return the items as I had mailed in the proof of purchases from the boxes. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
I had photocopies of everything I’d mailed too, and they still refused to issue the rebates. That’s been the only poor experience I’ve ever had with rebates from any retailer.
Sorry to hear that, i did about 10 rebates at macys last year and few throughout the years and got back all of them. It did take time, but it did come correctly. I send photocopies of receipts and upc’s as it is an option provided, i do mark everything clearly and send it. Just sent a couple two days ago. Usually they acknowledge that they received the item by sending an email and they send another email after the prepaid card is sent….Fingers crossed for this year!
On the rebate form it says 1 submission per household. Does anyone know if that means per item or does that mean period no matter what Bella item you purchased? I bought a toaster and a waffle iron thinking I could do both, but now I’m not sure.
Have you received any more information regarding the number of rebates? I bought three different items and submitted them in 3 different envelopes. It did not have this information when I purchased the Bella item from Macy’s on line. If I don’t hear anything by the return date option (60 days). I will be returning the items. I made copies of the proof of purchase that was required for the rebate.
It means one item per household. At the time of the sale I purchased 3 items. Macy’s did not have information that there would be only one rebate allowed. I didn’t see it until I printed off the rebate form. Than I contacted Macy’s Rebate and couldn’t get a clear answer. So, I submitted one for each item. One went through. The other two were rejected. The rejection stated that I already had submitted a rebate with the order number. I returned the other two that I could not get the rebate. I wish I would have known this from the time of the order. I would have only ordered one item.
Has anyone have any problems this year? I sent all my stuff required and said my pursache didn’t meet the dates in an email, then I resumit and now checking my progress went to the website and I says doesn’t meet requirements and the dates for pursache was 11/13-11/15/20. Then I revise the form I filled up and clearly said different dates.

Hi there! You can check on the status of your Rebate when you head to the Macy’s Rebate page. Hope that might help!
