Love it! The presets seemed a little weird at first, then it became apparent that the stopping, starting, and different speeds are designed to efficiently blend your ingredients. The food processor is great and I love only having one base on my counter. Pretty cool that the machine knows which vessel is on it and therefore the presets change accordingly. Of course, you can always just use the manual low, medium, and high blending speeds, too. I like this better than the Vitamix I returned!
Honestly, I’ve been a lifetime Vitamix owner, and after about 20 years of use, mine wasn’t working right. I contacted the company and the price to pay for servicing was more than buying a new one. I saw this Ninja Kitchen System and I could buy two new Ninja machines from Sam’s for the cost of the one Vitamix blenders. Plus, this one included the food processor (and the personal cup) which eliminates at least one other appliance off my counter.
Now that I have it and have been using the blender portion, I love it. It is just as powerful as the Vitamix. I also think because it has three blade levels it is more efficient in blending. It is easy to clean, has a nice safety feature of the lid being secured in order to start the blending, and it’s quiet. It’s also really quiet in comparison to the Vitamix and powerful as ever.
