That is great customer service! I ordered sunflowers to be delivered Friday so we could allow them to open up and arrange them for my teen son’s valentine and they came as scheduled! They are beautiful!

This actually happened to me!!! I was suppose to have my flowers on friday February 12. They never came. I called and complained, they refunded me + a $20 gift card + an additional $10 gift card for calling in. Also they allowed me to repurchase the flowers in store at Costco for a discount. Supposedly the flowers will be delivered on Monday.

Wow! I called Friday, too. The 50 roses were supposed to be delivered on the 12th for a surprise 50th birthday present for my sister. They said sorry I was disappointed in the delivery delay and gave a $10 discount. For the first time ever I was disappointed in their customer service.
I didn’t order this year because my parents live in a rural area and when I ordered these last year, the flowers were on a truck for a week. Glad they are doing this though.
Sams Club is offering refunds, too. I ordered flowers for my mom to arrive on Friday. They were delivered on Saturday.

No refund for me! They said its only if you got the email. They said I could return them, though.
