I absolutely love these skillets! First of all, they are beautiful. Second, nothing sticks to them. I have used these to cook eggs, fish, grilled cheese, shrimp, breakfast sausage, (things that normally stick), and absolutely NOTHING sticks; they are wonderful and remain new-looking. They are a great weight, not too heavy, not too light. I would love to get an entire set of this cookware and use only this (and occasionally my cast iron) from now on.

We were given this pan for Christmas a year ago (maybe 2 years can’t remember) and we us it ALL the time. Nothing has ever stuck to it and it still looks brand new. Highly recommend!
