I thought a long time before making the decision to go Disc-O-Bed. It’s pricey stuff, and you’re buying two bunks. A Costco sale was what it took to make me pull the trigger. Of course, once that heavy box arrived, I had to do a dry run and then decide how to re-pack and store the things for car-camping and the rare one-too-many-guests. Joy and elation! Not only are these sturdy, but they’re very easy to assemble (I’d say less time than inflating an air mattress), pretty dang comfy for a cot, and — drum roll, please — even the included storage/carry bag is well thought out and made to last. I’m always happy when that last bit happens, as it seems to be more the exception than the rule these days. Short of it: quality, smart stuff. Worth it at a regular price, a deal at Costco.
This is perfect for many reasons. I have purchased two, the regular size and the extra-large. They’re perfect for grandkids, sleeping in my RV, kids napping in the workplace and in general for overnight guests. They are comfortable to sleep on, even over a longer length of time and beyond easy to put up and store away.
