Just FYI … this offer is no longer valid. I went through the process, submitted receipts and was told that everything was valid and I qualified for the rebate — then received an email saying there were no rewards left.

Shucks! I was waiting for a response to an inquiry that I sent the beginning of June about if a Pet Smart health program would qualify for the vet bill and haven’t heard back. Oh well…..
