That helps soooooo much. I have been struggling trying to figure out how to identify the small businesses.
I ended up choosing something from the same seller (fidget jewelry) for $14.99. The email for qualifying for the promotional credit arrived moments after my purchase. I have a feeling Amazon received many phone calls from confused people about recent promotions and have made it easier for the buyer to know that they have qualified. That’s nice! Has anyone has issues redeeming the credit? I think it only applies to items sold and shipped by amazon so if that only their name brand stuff?
You can’t redeem the credit until Amazon Prime days. June 21st and 22nd.
I mean credit in general. I earned credit a couple weeks ago from other promotions.
It doesn’t have to be Amazon branded items…….just items that say “sold by amazon, and shipped by amazon’ on the right-hand side of the product page. When you go to check out, in the section of “payment options”, open that section and one of the options to select should be whatever credit you have, and it will tell you the amount available to use. Check that box to use that credit.
Any idea how to search? Maddening to go thorough 10,000+ Items. Or maybe it is harder on the app!

To make it easier small business items have a banner that states it qualifies for small business credit right on the product page, also sone items might feature a banner on top that read – This product is from a small business. I placed an order for vanilla beans to male my own extract and received an email to claim the credit instantly. Hope it helps.

How do I know if an item qualifies? I clicked through the link in the post and found an item I like, I added it to my cart, but I can’t see anywhere anything about the $10 credit.
The included items have this banner somewhere on the page: Save $10 on Prime Day when you spend $10 on small businesses today. BUT note that on some I can see that banner on desktop but not in the app. In the app, I am seeing a green banner at the very top of the page that says “This product is from a small business”. I am not seeing anything about the offer in my cart; just those banners to show it is a participating item.

I bought a father’s day gift from a small business. On the product page, there was a banner that said it was a small business. After purchase I received an email to claim the $10 Amazon credit to be used for Amazon days on June 21-22. Then a put A product into my cart that was shipped and sold by Amazon. The checkout page didnt show the $10 credit. So I guess I have to wait for prime days to get the credit.

Oh bummer! I wonder if you may still find it to automatically apply for you at checkout when grabbing a qualifying item, sold by Amazon. If not, maybe reach out to customer service as others have been able to get help that way.
