Where can I find the coupon? I searched the app. I can’t find any coupons.

    • Criselle

You can sort the coupons by newest first. You should be able to see it in the first few coupons.

Check your app before you do the deal. I have a coupon for $5 off 2 pain reliever. So I combined the free ibuprofen or acetaminophen and the $5 coupon to get a fever relief pads for my toddler. I paid $0.79 for a 50ct acetaminophen and fever relief pads! 🙂

Did not want to work on the 50 ct tablets? My coupon even had that wording.CVS’s new policy is so disappointing, now everyone has to scan in self checkout and unless u have tons of coupons or are at .00 at self checkout they’re NOT supposed to be cashing you out!Everyone was just screaming at the cashiers and leaving everything everywhere and walking out!!! This cannot be happening. PLEASE let’s all call corporate because it’s a nightmare! They will have to rethink this policy I hope. One cashier got yelled at by the manager at my store because she was helping a 70 something year old lady who was confused and didn’t understand how to do self checkout!SMH…

The only reason it does not work is if you have extra bucks on your app that may be adding up. I had the problem. Did not wait for the cashier but just left with item the total was 0. I guess they had to void it out because the next day they said I did not get the free popcorn?
They gave it to me again. I am not complaining.

      • Criselle

Yeah. I think the total can’t be totally 0. Im trying to use a $0.02 ECB to my $0.02 total and it wouldnt let me. So i just paid for it.

you have to purchase only that product i did this three time at the self check out with not issues and the receipt printed with total 0. The 38 cent extrabucks i had i use on a separate transactions for the lemon hand soap that was 28 cents with 0 total as well.

Is this what’s happening now? I was wondering why both self check outs were being used and there were a line of others waiting to check out at my store and the employee was lurking over the self check people and not checking out the people in line. It seemed really strange and not very efficient. I didn’t know what was going on.

I got mine today. I, also, had a $5 off ice cream coupon, which I used to get 2 boxes of Nestle Drumsticks, that were BOGO 50% off. Great trip.

  7. C

There must have been an update to the self checkout system. I was finally able to check out with just the acetaminophen yesterday and my app coupon without any issues at self check out.

  8. Trafficsucks

The offer is in the deals and coupon section of the app. When checking out, see a cashier, do not use self check out for this item. It just goes much smoother at a cashier.
