Through August 18th, head on over to PayPal.com where you may be able to snag an offer for $4 off a $20+ reload or gift card purchase from Starbucks when you opt to pay via PayPal at checkout – easy peasy!
Just look for this offer in your deals section of your Paypal account.
If you’re lucky enough to have this offer, here’s how to redeem…
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Click the ‘Deals” tab at the top of your account
- Click ‘Save Offer’ once you see the Starbucks $4 off $20+ offer appear
- Head to Starbucks.com and buy a gift card or reload your account with $20+ (you can choose Custom Amount)
- Use PayPal to pay and checkout
- The $4 is automatically deducted from your PayPal transaction
Now it’s time to figure out what to order!

Hey, BlueWaterGirl! Did you make sure to save the offer in your Paypal account first? Then, you’ll need to choose Paypal at checkout once you’ve saved the offer.
I did and yes, I had the offer and saved it like it said to do. Followed all the instructions. I’ll check again tomorrow to see if they adjusted it. Thanks for checking on me.
This happened to me but in my Paypal receipt it showed the proper amount, if that makes sense.

Receipt from Starbucks shows $20, but Paypal receipt shows $16 charged to card.
Also, through Paypal, I used a Chase card that had a Chase Offer for 10% back on Starbucks purchases. Going through a layer like Paypal sometimes makes offers not work, but this one triggered for me.
