You Can Now View Costco In-Warehouse Receipts Online & in the App
Costco shoppers, your dreams are comin’ true!
Costco has just added the most useful feature ever, and we can’t wait to try it out! From now on, you’ll be able to see your Costco In-Warehouse receipts right in the app and online, which is massively convenient for regular shoppers!
In the past, you’d need to visit Costco’s membership counter and give them your membership number and the date of purchase for duplicate receipts, so it was a little inconvenient if you make a lot of purchases or can’t quite remember the date.
But now, you’ll get an itemized receipt for each purchase within 24 hours of making it, so you can keep track of all your buys in one place. 🙌 And you’ll get receipts for items bought both in-store and online!

To find your receipts on your Costco online account, head to Costco.com and log in. Then, click on ‘Orders & Returns’ in the top right corner. You can then click the tab for online or in-store receipts!
They’re also super easy to find on the Costco app! Just click the three dots in the bottom menu, then click over to ‘Orders & Receipts’ and you’ll be able to toggle the tabs for online or in-store receipts there. On the app, you can even filter down to your Flexible Spending Account orders which will be super helpful at tax time!
As far as we can tell, the only downside to these online receipts is that you won’t be able to show them as proof of purchase while leaving the warehouse. You’ll still need to hang on to your old-fashioned paper receipts for that.
However, it’s so much easier to budget now that we can conveniently keep track of everything right from our computers and phones. 🙌

I agree! I prefer Sam’s Club with the ability to scan as I add things to my cart. I always wait in a long line at Costco, but at sams I walk right out the door due to their app!
I noticed when I did a return last weekend, I received an email receipt and paper receipt in store. I didn’t check to see if my in-store purchases were recorded in my account yet.

High time! Though They brought in self checkout much later. Their lanes move faster so preferred it over Sams.
LOL I guess they still don’t trust us. Self checkout here is still manned by employees.
