However, with the tampax, colgate and other deals, I could not get the RR to show up on my computer. I clicked on the digital weekly ad and it shows all those rewards as IN STORE rewards only. I am not sure if this is a new thing but man was that frustrating.

I didn’t want my comment to be lost in the article about the most recent changes to Walgreens but just to clarify; “In-store rewards” is the new term for “Register rewards?” Also as, far as I can tell none of these offers mentioned “Walgreens cash,” are there changes to this as well?
Walgreens cash is still the same – you can earn it with online, in-store, and store pick-up orders. Register Rewards are earned “in-store” only now. I added notes to the deals to help clarify.

I just went into the store and did “Transaction #1” and I did not get my Register Rewards. When I asked the cashier she said it would’ve automatically printed out. I called customer service and they gave me a phone number to Catalina (the company who handles their RR) and I’ve been on hold forever. I’m gonna have to just return the items and take a loss on the coupon. Even though they say they “return” the coupon for me to use it never works.

I had the same thing happen as Angelynne (comment above); bought the Crest & Colgate but didn’t get the RR. I told the cashier that a $4 RR should have printed. She had to turn it on but nothing printed, so she gave me $10 Walgreens cash on my account!! Have never had that happen before; a couple of times a manager has added the amount of the RR, but never any extra. You never know what will happen at Walgreens for sure…

If you know that you are expecting RRs. Start your transaction by saying to the clerk-I am expecting to get RRs. Is your printer turned on and working, loaded with paper and ink? No you shouldn’t have to but making that an automatic part of your shopping routine will help you in the long run.

It just happened to me an hour ago. the woman at the register doesn’t know . I did the two promotions at once. only the 4 dollar reward printed. she told me to call customer service. I just finished with them. she said that it did not print because it should be in two transactions. I informed her that it did not show on the promotion, but she ended adding 3 dollars for the Colgate to my account. Problem solved.

The Crest and the Colgate? By any chance did the $4 RR say on it Courtesy of Colgate and P&G? I saw those several weeks ago and thought that was very strange since those are two different companies. If it does than that would be helpful for everyone to know because it would indeed have to be two separate transactions for it to work.
