On the Spend $30 get $10 EB offers, how can you tell if the $10 EB is earned after all coupons (manufacturer & CVS) discounts ( % off coupons) and EB’s are applied?

When the receipt prints out, it will tell you at the bottom how much you have left to spend in order to earn the extra bucks.
In my years of experience at cvs, using coupons or extrabucks never alters whether or not earn them on that deal.

Is there any way to know beforehand? Asking because I made an online order for the same type of deal (spend $30 get $10) thinking the EB would apply but apparently after all discounts (coupons & EB used) I did not qualify.

          Sorry I’m just seeing this.
But unfortunately the cvs website is not the best, so when doing a threshold deal it doesn’t tell you how much you have left to spend in order to earn extrabucks. I don’t shop as much online, as I do in the cvs store, it is frustrating seeing in the cart that you will earn them but then it not telling you how much you still need to buy to complete the offer.
I will say, it is easier when the offer is buy 2 items get 5 extrabucks back, that way you know you definitely qualified. But the spend 30 threshold is tricky when they don’t tell you how much you need to earn them after the sales an coupons.
I wish you luck with your transactions.
Hoping someday they will have a better website that is easier to shop an do deals on.
