Ingredients
For the Burger Bowl:
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 an onion, chopped
- 1/2 a bag frozen sweet potato fries
- burger toppings such as pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions
Cottage Cheese Burger Sauce:
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3-4 chopped pickles and a dash of pickle juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Crumble and cook the ground beef in a skillet on the stove with chopped onion until browned, about 5–6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Cook the sweet potato fries. Spread sweet potato fries in a single layer and cook 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through. Season with salt and pepper as desired.

Blend cottage cheese until smooth, then stir in ketchup, mayo, pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion, salt, and pepper.
