How does SavingStar work at Target? I have used SavingStar at CVS and Walgreens, but they have loyalty cards.
You can upload a picture of your receipt and scan the barcode of the things you bought. You have to do it through the app. It works for Target and a few other stores only.
My Target was wiped clean of the Swiffer sweeper wet refills that were $4.26 as of last night, and said they don’t have any scheduled to come in… but this is not surprising, as it tends to happen with all the items that are really awesome deals at Target; at least at mine. Almost like they purposely wait to replenish their stock until after the deal is over 🙁
I hit 4 targets in my area&zilch on the $4.26 refills, after I went printer happy on the swiffer coupons 😕
That’s why I never print these. I know they’ll be out of stock and waste my ink! :/
My store either has all the sale items wiped off the shelves or the prices are much higher than what are quoted in the deal blogs. 🙁
I’m not sure I’d lay all the blame on Target. Judging from blogs I’ve read, there are people who hit Target every day. And I’ve actually seen people calling their friends/family/other from the store when they find deals. Reposting deals over and over probably doesn’t help, either. I can’t say that I would blame Target if they didn’t decide to restock til sales are over.
You can always call your Targets to see when they get trucks in. A couple of my Targets get trucks in Tues, Thurs & Sat. You can also scan an item & the red scanner will tell you if there are more in the stock room. 🙂

Does anyone know if you can get a Target rain check on this deal?
I have asked the manager at both my targets and sometimes they have done a substitution and sometimes they have done a “rain check” where they will give $10 off my transaction when they get them back in stock instead of giving me a gift card
Does anyone know if the refills for the Swiffer dusters are included in this deal??
