Happy Friday: Praising Great Customer Service
Sent from reader, Keelia:
I wanted to share a quick story about some great customer service from Diapers.com today.
I had purchased some additional nursing bras in March after my son was born and decided to go with the Bravado ones since they were great when I had my daughter 4 years ago and they were part of a sale . I realized today that the elastic was fraying and two of the three closures had fallen off on one of the bras. All the others were still in great shape, even the ones from 4 years ago so I thought I would get in touch with their customer service.
Within about fifteen minutes, I had received a response and they credited back the purchase price. I’m so thankful for great service as we often tend to focus only on the negative.
HAPPY FRIDAY!

Wonderful. I have had good experiences with diapers.com as well.
What a sweet baby! So adorable!
This is so awesome!!
Look at that little baby sweet face! 🤗 SO cute!!!
Diapers.com rocks! I ordered a matted baby handprint/footprint frame to match one I had from my first child. When I got it, the mat was a different color than what was shown on the website. They must have sent me at least three replacements, free of charge, trying to get me the right item. I think they’d have sent me all they had in the warehouse if I hadn’t given up and purchased a new mat. They were so great!
Adorable baby!! That’s awesome. I love great customer service and it makes me so much more likely to use a company! I had a really great experience with Dicks.com. I ordered something that ended up being out of stock. I was never charged for it since it didn’t ship, AND without even contacting them they sent an email apologizing and giving me a credit for a future purchase of the same amount that purchase had been. So i ended up getting a similar item for completely free. I was amazed!
Similar experience with Goggles4u.com. I purchased some prescription sunglasses with blue tinted frames but ended up disliking the blue tint. Contacted them to see if I could just buy different-tinted lenses to pop in and instead they sent me a brand new pair of glasses and had me keep the old as a spare pair!
I’ve had a great experience with kohls. I bought a couple of dresses for my daughter for her naming ceremony and removed the tags and washed the dress I decided to use. It ended up being too small! They let me return it without the tags and no hassle. I was really surprised, I thought for sure I was just going to have to bring it to consignment.
😍😍😍😍😍 cute baby
That is an adorable baby! That sweet smile, I’m sure, just brightens your day!
I had a similar thing happen tonight i ordered a microscope for school and received it today but the oil was spilled all over it so I emailed them in hopes they would replace the oil but instead they issued a refund of $113 and told me to keep the product! I was blown away by this response
Awesome! Yes! When I have an experience like that, I always try to make an effort to make a big deal to the company. I try to fill out any surveys and leave a comment in the free form box stating that policies like that make me a proud and loyal customer who will spread the word. Some companies take feedback seriously, so encouraging good policies and service seems worth it.
On a side note: I also try to talk up any excellent treatment I have from an employee or customer service rep- using names. If it is a phone interaction with a representative, I will sometimes say, “Thank you so much. Do you have a supervisor I can speak to about how impressed I am with your service today?” When they connect me, I praise the employee by name. You never know what a minute of your time can mean for someone. Years ago when I worked at a sandwich deli, I once had a customer write a note to my supervisor about my service. Not only did I feel appreciated and proud, but I got special employee recognition and a small raise! I’ll never forget the impact that random person had on my time at that company. You never know how a minute of your kindness can affect someone’s life.
They have great service, just like Amazon. Sweet baby!
I used to work in phone support and am now in charge of customer experience surveys for the same company. So often we take time to relay the bad experiences, but not the good. We need to know about both, and I can tell you from experience it really makes an agents day or month when someone takes time from their busy schedule to recognize good service. I once had a customer write our ceo about me. The letter was filtered down and I got a copy. On days when I felt down or insecure, that letter reminded me to keep my chin up and do my best to make someone else as happy as I made that customer. Life changing!
Awww! I’m so happy my post made it on here! Thank you everyone for your sweet words about my little guy, he is such a happy camper! Ps, investing in a good nursing bra is a must, as this little one loves to eat!
little tikes is really good too with customer service. my son received a remote control helicopter for christmas, bought from amazon, fast forward a little less than a month and the top rotor was broken. i called and they sent me a new rotor, free of charge, said there was initially a one month warranty on it. received and replaced the part, and the bottom rotor broke during the maiden flight. called again, received instructions to take pictures of the unit and they sent me a whole new one! i was blown away! had a similar experience with RTIC, had a bottle that was missing a seal, emailed to order a replacement seal and they sent me one of their new completely re-designed lids!
